Membership Information
Each member of ILEA receives a copy of the annual compensation survey, an activity guide,
and all ILEA newsletters, and the opportunity to attend the annual conference.
One of the major benefits of membership in ILEA is that all members are anxious to share
insightful details about successful programs and services.
The International League of Electrical Associations is made up Electrical Leagues and
Associations from throughout North America. Members receive amazing benefits, including:
• Newsletters
Newsletters are sent out electronically on at least a monthly basis, sometimes more
frequently. They feature League News, What’s Happening in Member Associations,
Association Features and much more.
• Teleconferance Meetings
Members can partake in conference call meetings throughout the year on important
topics that impact their association/league.
• Email Chats
Questions from our members are routed around for responses from the entire membership.
If you have a concern that you think other members could help with, simply send it to ILEA
and we will share your question with everyone. This is a great way to get quick advice from
your peers!
• Annual Conference
Each summer, ILEA members gather at a different destination in North America for a three
or four day conference. We take the opportunity to discuss at great lengths trade shows,
educational programming, communication tools, social programming, and much more.
The 2010 Conference will be in Kansas City, Missouri.
• Peer Interaction
The constant ability to interact with your true peers within the industry. All ILEA members
are leaders in their Electrical League or Association.
• Membership Directory
Each ILEA member is included in a yearly directory filled with member contact information.
This is a wonderful tool to keep you in touch with other members of your industry.
• Salary Survey
Each year a survey is compiled by ILEA members. The survey is packed with information
regarding current salaries, benefits and budget information within the industry. A great tool
to lead your association!
